Please remember to shoot unpacking video when you receive the product.

At Richa Katyal, each product is carefully crafted and tailored with love, made to order just for you. Since we do not maintain a ready inventory, all our products are bespoke and made-to-measure. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we do not accept requests for refunds.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that finding the perfect fit is essential. If our standard sizes do not meet your expectations, we also offer custom-tailored fits. We provide a one-time exchange in size, at no extra cost, for your ordered outfit.

To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us at teamrichakatyal@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your outfit. Kindly mention your order number and desired size in your email. Ship the outfit back to us within 7 days of receiving it, and provide us with the tracking number. Please note that the cost of shipping the outfit to us will be borne by you.

For international orders, the cost of shipping the outfit to be exchanged to us, as well as the cost of shipping the exchanged outfit back to you, will be borne by you.

Once we receive the product from the customer, the exchanged product will get dispatched within 5-7 days according to the customisation required on the product.

RETURN OF WRONG/DAMAGED ARTICLES

Return of Wrongly Delivered Articles

If you have received a wrong article, please inform us at teamrichakatyal@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item. The wrong article must be shipped back to us within 7 days from the date of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase for verification purposes.

Return of Damaged Articles

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged article, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the damaged product must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Additionally, please provide us with a video recording of the unpacking of the product upon receipt. Please note that claims for damaged products will not be accepted without a video recording of the unpacking process.

To initiate the return process, please contact us at teamrichakatyal@gmail.com. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For prepaid orders, we do not offer cancellations. Once an order is placed and paid for, it cannot be canceled.

For cash on delivery (COD) orders, we will confirm the order via a phone call before dispatch. If we are unable to reach you for confirmation, the order may be delayed.
